Varieties of Honey
Flowers’ honey
It comes from the nectar of the flowers’ of Greek nature. Stably unstable in its taste every year, as Greek nature itself. Flower’s honey “by nature” and by year. We don’t base its production on cultivated plants
Flower and thyme honey
Or fir-thyme honey. It’s an amazingly tasteful honey from flowers and thymes in our area; it has intense odor and thyme’s taste. Just try it….many consider it to be tastier than thyme.
Thyme honey
We know all the places around Greece where there are thymes. We trust our bees to collect the best in order to provide us with thyme honey of high quality.
Vitina’s fir
The uniqueness of this honey can be immediately seen, thanks to its viscous form and whitishness. Ours has the classic taste of this particular honey. Vitina’s fir has fans all over the world.
Honey comb in honey
“Holy bread” from the liturgy of our bees in time and space.
Pine tree honey
Unique result, unique taste….completely Greek.
Orange honey-chestnut honey-arbutus honey-heather honey
Those honeys are produced in the unstable environment of Greek nature. Each year we are being offered different varieties of honey including honeys from orange, chestnut, eucalyptus, sage and others. Contact us to be informed about the varieties we have this year.
