Description
Fresh bee pollen has so many qualities that it can be characterized as a nutrition “bomb”.
It helps and sometimes even heals disorders as prostate, stomach disorders, immune fallen, allergies, intestinal problems, malfunctioning pancreas and liver, cholesterol, triglycerides, high blood pressure, anxiety, inability to absorb vitamin C,
Hormone system disorder, obesity and anorexia since it brings balance to body weight.
Some people may develop allergies to pollen or simply they can’t easily accept it in their digestive system. This may lead to “heavy” stomach and bloating. To avoid such thing, we must receive pollen in small doses initially, even one grain at a time.
– start with small amounts
– don’t heat it or expose it to sunlight
– hold pollen under your tongue as long as possible, before swallowing.
– you can mix it with honey, yoghurt or juices so as to swallow easier.
– save always in the refrigerator
Fresh Pollen: We recommend one teaspoon daily during the first week. Subsequently increased in 2 teaspoons three times a day; depending on the needs of each organism. An athlete for example can consume up to 100grams per day.
Studies have shown that 2 tablespoons of pollen per day can cover all body needs in vitamins, amino acids and minerals. Consume the pollen after eating and make sure you consume a lot of water.
Pollen tablets: 1st week, 1 tablet in the morning. 2nd week and on, 5-8 tablets each morning.
If allergic reaction, stop.
Note: consume all your daily intake of pollen until early evening
Note2: 2 tablets= 1 teaspoon of fresh pollen.
Expiry date:
Pollen remains suitable for consumption for 2 years after its production date.
Proper maintenance is in the freezer at -18C, from where it’s consumed directly. Pollen does not crystallize.
Pollen tablets expire 3 years after their production and should be kept in a dry and cool place.
