Sending your package

Your order is prepared for up to two (2) working days and is shipped by courier ELTA courier for packages within Greece and ELTA EMS and SPM for packages outside Greece. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 days for the interior, and vary depending on the destination abroad. By sending the order, you receive a message with the shipping number of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the weight of the package. All internal shipments are volumed. In any case, the largest actual or volumetric weight is invoiced.

In the shipping costs there is an additional charge of the deposit which amounts to 2,00 euros including VAT.

Shipping costs for the return of the products are borne exclusively by the customer. The charge for transporting your products depends on the zip code of your area and the weight of the goods.

Refunds are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods manufactured in accordance with the specific specifications of the consumer or clearly individualised for the consumer in question.

The return products can only be received from the address you have indicated from the outset for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.

Within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, and if they are in their original state without having been damaged or damaged, our company will refund to the customer the amount of the value of these products, which the customer has been charged using the same payment instrument used by the customer for the original transaction (unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise). In any case, the refund of the returned products will take place after you inform us in writing of the request for return of the products and we accept their return and provided that the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company.

If the returned product has been damaged or damaged by the customer's fault or its value has been reduced by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, our company will assess the value of the losses and the amount of the decrease in value and if is obliged to make a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

In addition to the rights granted by the refund policy, in any event, all rights applicable to consumers are recognised by the applicable provisions and laws relating to the sales contract, as well as any right arising in relation to the conditions of guarantee of the products.
